What remains of summer when it ends?
A sudden smell that comes back, a road at sunset, a face glimpsed between umbrellas and laughter, the melody of a song that keeps playing in your head. Jocu di Focu dedicates this event to those fragments that come back when you stop to breathe in the sea air.
An artistic and sensory experience that captures the essence of an Italian summer.
Five artists will recount and paint their memories on canvas in front of the audience, while the surrounding environment is filled with sounds, scents and flavours. A meeting point between the personal sphere and collective memory, between intimacy and celebration.
To make the experience even more immersive, there will be a tasting designed for the occasion and offered by our partners: BIGA – Palermo’s icon of street food excellence – will offer a pizza created for the event and inspired by memories of summer, accompanied by a glass of wine from the GURRIERI winery.
